Equipped with cutting-edge technology, we expedite all applications on-line, credit card transactions, and deliver essential documents promptly to ensure the speedy release of your friends and family in Fulton County.

The Release Process:
Once we have submitted all necessary documents, including the Power of Attorney, the responsibility then lies with the jail or release center to process these documents and release the defendant. The duration it takes for a defendant to be released is contingent on the efficiency of the corrections officers and the number of people arrested before your friend or family member.

Busy Periods:
Weekends and holidays typically see a higher influx of arrests. It is important to manage expectations as, realistically, in some counties, it can take anywhere from 4 to 10 hours after the bail bond agent has delivered the documents to the release center.

The sooner you reach out to us, the quicker we can start the process to get your loved one out of jail. Call One Call Bail Bonding Agents at the earliest opportunity to expedite your friend or family member’s release.
